Sounds Like a Savings Account
I am trying to be clever here but I don't think it's working. There is some wisdom in the concept of a forced savings account, fundamentally this is what Conservativism should be about. You know, saving for a rainy day.

The way of life you advocate towards is both forward and backward in time. Often prescriptive and uncompromising, emotionally subjective mechanisms to review and assess risk, evidence and politics confine our thinking. Do you have a Plan B?
