Unfortunately, some people don't even know that they have such self-esteem issues, which leads to them becoming victims of this process. These people have to learn to forgive themselves first, then find ways of helping others see that they are worthy of love and respect.
For sure you would take this out of context because the rhetoric in the above three paragraphs are mindless and circular. Nothing in life is free, time is our most expensive commodity.
