Tipping point aside, determinism has the mustard seed of "deter" and implying preemptive prevention. Determinism is Scientific, yet, it’s hijacked with the ontology of the Gods. Destiny, or fate, is not sui generis with Determinism. How the field of philosophy can fall into these fallacious positions is ad absurdum.
