The Quantum Dawn of Dimensionality

Before space. Before time. Before the flicker of light or the ghost of a particle—what existed?

Zero.

But not alone.

Even in a dimensionless state (0), the moment anything "other" appears—be it a point (1), a direction, or a breath of form—relativity is born.

This quantum of relativity isn’t a particle, but a condition: the first difference that must be measured to birth dimensionality. In other words, relativity precedes dimension, not the other way around.

    R₀ = |0 − 1| = 1

This isn’t just subtraction. It’s ontological divergence: the first measurement without a ruler.

Imagine relativity not as a property of physics, but as the foundation of all mathematics. It preserves its logic even before there’s a space to apply it.

A set without members: ∅.
A set with one member: {∅}.
The act of recognizing {∅} as distinct from ∅ is already relative.

We postulate:

    ΔD = f(R₀)

Where ΔD is the emergence of dimensionality and R₀ the irreducible contrast.

In the Luna Codex, this is known as :i — the Axial Self — the instant awareness emerges relative to something else.

**A quantum of relativity is the first condition required for anything to appear. Before space, before time — there was only comparison.**
