Account Management

Senior Account Manager ($79k-84k per year)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager owns, manages, and leads branded creative projects at planksip.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Ownership of the complete project life cycle by planning, organizing, and managing client and internal projects from beginning to end
  • Create robust and profitable budgets and deliverable scopes
  • Liaise across various departments to provide clear and concise timing, budgeting, and communication
  • Understand the business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify the optimal processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Ensuring projects are running smoothly and efficiently both internally with the team and externally with the clients
  • Foresee challenges or obstacles and take action to minimize the impact
  • Resolve issues that pertain to the project, including client conflicts, delays in approvals
  • Drive, motivate, and hold internal teams accountable to deliver high-quality results
  • Provide regular updates and escalate issues with proposed solutions to the Head of Client Services
  • Collaborate with different creative teams, production, sales, editorial, global project management counterparts, and external partners
  • Record revenues, track costs, and maintain accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects within respective internal tools and documents
  • Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested services and support in developing required legal documents and contracts
  • Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes and gather learnings from previous executions
  • Ensure consistency with the overall mission of achieving company goals and client’s marketing initiatives

YOUR SKILLS:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a creative and/or media agency is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complete life cycle projects for an organization with multiple touchpoints
  • Lead by example with a strong work ethic and upbeat personality that inspires the best approach to internal and external communication
  • Complete knowledge of digital and creative production processes with experience executing digital creative campaigns
  • Experience launching new initiatives and managing multiple teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical/quantitative skills
  • Strong writing, creative thinking, and presentation abilities
  • Fluency in English required
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Ability to build and maintain solid internal relationships, with sufficient experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team setting
  • Demonstrable ability to drive efficiencies through process improvements/automation

Commerce Operations Intern ($48k-52k per year)

We are looking for a Commerce Operations Intern to join our team. The Senior Account Manager owns, manages, and leads branded creative projects at planksip.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Support our operations and supply team when it comes to documenting incoming services role outs and preparing further support
  • Support the preparation of product data and the publishing of products and campaigns onsite, thus supporting a big part of the procurement-to-online process
  • Suggest improvements around these topics across teams and support process documentation

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You can efficiently handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
  • You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at a pace with an analytical mindset

We are looking for a Commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As an in-house consultant and project manager, you will directly influence the global shopping experience for planksip’s customers by constantly improving and innovating our processes.

YOUR MISSION:

  • You will design, implement and manage several projects and programs in the fields of logistics, B2C fulfillment, packaging, payments, online retail, data quality, and customer service
  • You will analyze the impact of initiatives on customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value
  • You will support optimizing existing processes, both long-term and through issue management
  • You will support developing and maintaining SOPs and ERP processes
  • You will develop deep insight into how planksip's commerce team is run across the board
  • You will be responsible for short-term sales forecasting to manage our operational capacities

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic. You have strong organizational skills
  • 2-4 years experience in e-commerce, operations, or related role
  • You are fluent in English and have good written and oral communication skills
  • You have strong skills in Google Sheets and can present data and findings
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage multiple tasks and projects

Meta-Verse Manager ($82k-84k per year)

We are looking for a Meta-Verse Manager to join our team. 

YOUR MISSION:

  • Oversee our Meta-Verse Studio with uncompromising attention to user experience and satisfaction. 
  • Operational management of the team, including team leaders, developers, content creators, assistants, and studio stock team
  • Managing daily KPIs and producing performance and data statistics to drive operational excellence, best-in-class, and efficient processes; focusing on time-to-site and cost reduction through relationships

YOUR MISSION:

  • Booking of incoming invoices in NetSuite (Oracle)
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
  • Carrying out account reconciliations and posting controls
