In one word, intersectionality is a conversation, an acknowledgement that complex and competing narratives discriminate. Starting from complexity, reductionist tendencies to isolate parts of the whole are fallacious. When narratives meet experience, the effects are reinforced. But what is happening? Who's oppression? How do we navigate multiple intersections without an ordered data flow? The word for virtue in Greek is  (Greek: ἀρετή), Continuing with the traffic metaphor, the stop sign and french command for stop is clearly a command....
